The Initial Interview Helped

Us Develop Our Marketing Strategy

This will be an area where we keep the proprietary information quiet.    However, we found a few things out after going through the interview.

One of the big things was what we refer to as the “unique positioning statement”.    This is simply a statement that the business owner needs to keep in mind.   What is it that makes our business “unique”??

To make a long story short, we developed a marketing strategy that was based upon competitive advantages that Bliss had over competitors as well as a strategy that included building up parts of the business that seemed to need a little boost.

While we can’t go into detail what our strategy is (sorry,  competitors), we will say that the 2-3 hours of meeting time dedicated to this exercise made a very big difference in the approach that we have made to promote Bliss Salon and Spa.

Bottom Line:    If you don’t take some time to build the foundation of your business, the walls will surely crumble down.  It may not happen right away, but it will happen!
