Probably the best example of this is when Google recently changed their search process to “Google Instant”.   No one knows what Google does  – they just do it and you have to figure out how to manage the change.

One of our highest traffic keywords was doing just fine.   Once this change took place, however, it was observed that our business listing lost first page rankings.  Luckily we had been building up more and more keywords to make up the difference.

Even with the temporary loss of our most popular keyword phrase we were able to overcome this short term obstacle by continually putting out more and more content.   We actually had a biggest new customer day ever during this period!

By constant adjustment, we have been able to maintain growth of the Bliss Salon and Spa website and more importantly, the incoming new customers wanting to give Bliss Salon and Spa a try!
